New product introduction : use machine learning to better forecast

In a competitive market and changing environment, New Product Introduction (NPI) is critical to the success of companies. Launching new products in the market is essential to ensure new sales throughout the year, to manage the short product lifecycle and to renew the portfolio. But in this context, companies have to deal with a large number of references (the right quantity at the right place at the right time…) and have to manage cost of stocks, costs of obsolescence and costs of destruction. In consequence, predicting the behaviour of the new products during the launch period is key.

In the webinar “New Products Introduction : Use machine learning to better forecast”, we will present the stakes of the New Product Introduction, see how machine learning can help and share the benefits this new method can bring.
