Make up Forever has been successfully running the Demand Module from FuturMaster for years both at the headquarters and the subsidiaries. This unique tool is providing a global approach of business requirements, facilitating the communication between Central Forecasters and local Supply Chains.
Since last year, a new challenge was raised to extend this integration to Supply Planning through the deployment of a DRP, in order to:
- Master replenishment orders to our subsidiaries
- Automate calculation of distribution plan over an 18-month period
- Instantly access worldwide projected stock and coverage data
Claire Meunier has joined MAKE UP FOR EVER in May 2018 as Demand Planning Manager in charge of worldwide forecasting. She has more than 15 years of experience in Demand Planning (mostly in FMCG companies) as Business Process Owner, project leader or manager.
Tristan Floris joined LVMH Group 7 years ago in Singapore, as Logistics Project Leader. He moved back to France in 2016-2017 and became Supply Planning Manager for MAKE UP FOR EVER.
His team is responsible for worldwide stock distribution in order to guarantee the highest service level, while reducing storage and transportation costs.
