Synopsis:
After a 5-year Supply Chain Programme transforming all supply chain planning processes and tools from S&OP to production and distribution, Pierre Fabre Dermo-Cosmétique has once again, in 2017, reorganised its Supply Chain. The objectives:
- Increase customer service level
- Improve forecasts accuracy
- Optimise stock levels
- Boost productivity using management by exception
- Anticipate industrial loads for a more effective decision-making process
Speaker:
Vincent Pomponne has 20 years work experience in Supply Chain and joined Pierre Fabre Dermo-Cosmetique as a consultant first in 2007. He is now responsible of an S&OP department taking care of 4 brands (Furterer, Klorane, Galenic and Elancyl) on Demand & Supply Management, Capacity Planning and industrialisation processes.
Between 2010 and 2015, he managed the Supply Chain Transformation Programme for Pierre Fabre Dermo-Cosmétique, improving all Supply Chain Planning processes and tools and rolling out FuturMaster on Forecast, DRP, S&OP and Stock deployment in the world.
