At the heart of this transformation is the deployment of a new Planning Core Model across the group’s End to End Supply Chain from Customer needs to material requirements. The new model supports transformations in Demand Planning, Demand Aggregation, Supply Network planning, Distribution planning and Material Planning. This project is a key enabler to build a Customer Centric Supply Chain.

Speaker:

Pascal Waller is the Global Supply Chain Director of ROYAL CANIN. He leads the global strategy and governance in Planning, Physical Logistic and Customer Service. Pascal drives a Supply Chain Initiative focused on E2E Planning Core model development, Excellence in Orders & Deliveries and Talent Management. He has 28 years’ experience, throughout the entire Value Chain, in Quality, Manufacturing, Lean deployment and Supply Chain. He held various positions in Royal Canin and Mars, mainly in regional network coordination and local operations, supporting different geographies especially Europe, Eurasia and Asia Pacific.
