Sanofi Pasteur, the only company in Europe dedicated exclusively to vaccines, was founded in 1994 by Sanofi Pasteur. Sanofi Pasteur covers 19 European countries, with their headquarters and French subsidiary located in Lyon.
Benefiting from the research and development output of two world leaders, Sanofi Pasteur helps protect 500 million Europeans against infectious diseases, with the largest range of vaccines to protect all stages of life.
The project objective was to provide a common tool and process to Sanofi’s network of planners in order to accelerate the sharing and use of information at the right time. The return on investment was calculated based on quantifiable targets:
Reduce planning cycle times by 50%
Halve the time spent on administrative operations
Reduce the amount of waste due to out of date and obsolete stock
Improve sales turnover by better deployment of stocks and greater responsiveness
Optimise inventory and increase service levels provided to customers by deployment of stocks
Following a rigorous selection process, FuturMaster was chosen as the best solution and most appropriate partner to Sanofi Pasteur.
