International healthcare brand Mentholatum and FuturMaster have reached another key milestone with the successful go-live of the Supply Planning project in July 2025. Building on the earlier rollout of FuturMaster’s Demand Planning system, both parties continue to drive supply chain digitalization to respond with greater agility to shifting market conditions and evolving customer needs.

With business growth and expanding distribution channels, Mentholatum is raising the bar for supply chain precision and efficiency. The new Supply Planning system enhances capabilities in inventory management and planning, with a particular focus on channel and RDC inventory. By applying FuturMaster’s optimization algorithms, it enables better alignment of capacity and materials. This supports improved inventory turnover and order fulfillment, while strengthening end-to-end collaboration across the supply chain — from demand insight to supply planning.
